I absolutely love³ ZAMPLEBOX! Great selections and the monthly subscription is phenomenal. They know exactly how to look out for what you like and what you dislike. Would reccomend to anyone.

I have been receiving the zamplebox vapes - 12 at a time for the last approximately 4 years. Occasionally I get one that is too sweet for me but the system works very well 99% of the time (the times where it doesn’t are probably my fault anyway for not listing enough of my like/dislike flavours). I am based in Australia, even with the postage the vapes are cheaper than what the crooks down here are trying to charge (without the nicotine). Over the 4 years I have occasionally received a couple of vapes where the juice bottle has broken (mainly the old glass square bottles) but I would just tell zamplebox and they would always offer me a credit off the next order even though it isn’t zamplebox’s fault as its just through rough postal handling not because of the packing. So based upon my 4 years as a customer I would have to honestly say that this is a very reputatible company who offer very good customer service and a good price and who have never let me down - I dont know what else a person could ask of a company

Great company to do business with and the flavors are pretty amazing so far. I vape the nic-salts which can be costly from most retailers but from here, the prices are 5 stars all the way.

I’ve been using ZampleBox for three years. Never once have they let me down. I’ve not only received subscription boxes from them but have also ordered hardware (in the past they sold mods, tanks, and coils) as well as juice. One occasion I received someone else’s monthly box, which means a different flavor profile (which definitely was not compatible with mine), and they replaced the box. Once I got a mix up on hardware, and they replaced that as well. Their customer service is an amazing model of how businesses should preform to keep return customers. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 because I am disappointed with the website, it’s not easy to navigate, and what I mean by that is that when I’m shopping through the juices, I can’t run a search for particular brands or flavor names, it just shuttles me back to the same page. Other than that, I would have given a 5 out of 5 because these guys are amazing!

Great experience. I got to try some flavors that I normally wouldn't consider. Everything shipped extremely fast and was able to save a lot of money compared to purchasing each bottle individually.

Wow! A co-worker recommended Zample Box, and I had a coupon so I thought I would give it a try. When my first box came in I couldn't believe it. I was expecting lower quality or flavors because of the price and I got the exact opposite! Great flavor, great variety, great price, and fast shipping. I am beyond impressed.

Have had a horrible experience with this company. Weren’t willing to offer any help other than a 30% off my next box, which doesn’t help because I’m not ordering again after this experience. Their customer service is a joke too. Just bot-like responses that are copy pasted from their website.

Any time that I had something happen with one of my bottles there very eager to fix the problem.

Tried placing an order using coupon code on website. For whatever reason it wouldn't allow. So, I called to place order over the phone. I explained to Jyke the issue I was having on the website. After verifying my attempts at purchase, he actually compt my whole purchase order.. HOW COOL IS THAT!

I cancelled a month ago, and they have charged me another month since then. Finally got a refund after a battle... My husband has cancelled due to the extremely long wait times to simply receive the package.. up to a month after being charged.. WILL NEVER BE USING AGAIN!
