I’d love to love this service- because I love the juice selection. I was delighted by it! But when I go to rate the juices, or adjust the amount of juices per month- anything website related- I’m met with problems. They need to work on their site. Their chat function is also funny- no one was available when I tried to interface- kind of ridiculous to even offer it. Definite room for improvement in many areas.

Great juice. Easy to go through the website. Shipping was alright the tracking could be a bit better but its good for the price!

0 issues with service, always got good juice minus a few not so great ones. I am trying to quit so i had to cancel today but this was a great subscription 10/10 would recommend

Not sure what juice to get? but you know what flavors you like, ZampleBox lets you customize your flavor profile with stuff you love and don't like then they select flavors off your profile and send you EJuice in the form of 3, 6, or 12 bottles of 30ml's each at a great price each month. I have only been with them 3 months, but so far great customer service, they send you a personalized menu with the flavor profiles of each juice and you can review each juice online with their rate your e-liquid. Best part for me is discovering new juices each month and if I love it, I just buy more from their website cause it's not just a monthly subscription, they also sell juice on the site.
