The absolute best way to buy e-juice.

I have been vaping for several years now. I am always looking for good deals on juice and hardware. I recently switched from the old school clunky sub ohm set up to a Smok Novo 3(which is awesome by the way). So I made the switch to Nic Salts. I was referred to Zamplebox by a friend of mine after trying several sites to find the best deals. I was very skeptical at first. I have to get a membership?!?!?! (which you don’t), and if I join they are going to take money out of my bank account every month. None of this is how it works. You have the freedom after joining to choose when you need refills and how many bottles you want. This was my experience signing up. I bought the membership. I immediately panicked and searched the web for “is Zamplebox a scam”. Well I found exactly what I had typed in. Several sites including the Better Business Bauru had terrible reviews. Those damn Trolls got me! So I panicked and immediately canceled my membership. Then I decided to contact customer service online. I spoke to the representative who assured me everything is legit. So my experience was customer service was super helpful and transparent. I can’t thank them enough. I asked them to reactivate my account. They ended up giving me a 20% discount of my first order to “welcome me to the Zamplebox family”. I ordered the big box (12 bottles) for my first order. They even sent me a free mod with it. The flavors were name brands and the flavors were fantastic. If you are like me (broke), you cannot find a better deal on the web. If you do not purchase you juice from Zamplebox I can only say it is your loss. I like to find 1 site that’s the best deal and stick with it. I’m a lifer now. Thank you for changing the way I vape Zamplebox.

Always good and great customer service

I am giving zamplebox a one star I recently bought a box thru them and it has been a freggin nightmare since. The customer service was stiff and told me that a Supervisor didn’t have time to talk with me as they were busy dealing with more important matters “her words”. It had been nearly three weeks since I ordered my box. I was able to speak to a supervisor Noel. He got the package on track and gave me a few other perks! I would be giving a way better review if I would have spoke to Noel First.

I am a long time subscriber to Zamplebox having joined in 2018. I am sad to say that the variety and quality of their e-juice selection has dropped significantly since then. I used to enjoy a wide selection of quality e-juice such as Milkman, Killer Custard and Kilo in my monthly subscription box. Their selection now is sparse and the quality of the juice is poor. I have cancelled my subscription to them because of this. Their prices however have always been cheap, and everyone that I have ever spoken with there has been extremely nice and helpful. I just cannot recommend this to anyone due to the poor juice selection.

I like not having to worry if I am going to run out of juice and I dig that they really make choices that are super specific to my tastes and they usually get it right. Good deals outside the sub box too, so I can get deals on the juice my BF likes. Only issue was the couple of juices I got that I didn't like I REALLY didn't like. Would recommend to the absent minded vaper.

Especially if you are unsure of what kind of Vape juice or flavor you want. Or you just want to try something new or different. They have a huge selection of all kinds of different flavors and profile and everything from 0mg to 12+mg. Zamplebox is by far the best subscription box that I have found. I refuse to go anywhere house for my vape juice made. Customer service is incredible! super helpful and they are super quick for getting back to you. With The prices of the subscription boxes and what you get in each box to go anywhere else would be insane
