Why so many bad review i did have some issues with my orders but they have a great costumer services they always have solution for me, the product are great quality it take some time to ship but you get delicious juice thanks Carlo you all ways friendly

Always has been a great company

Always has been a great company. Can't beat the value. They had a hiccup during 2020 but who didn't have trouble adjusting to this new world we live in now. They made a great comeback.

used to be very good

used to be very good, but lately it has gone down hill very fast. website has issues, cant rate juices for the past 3 months due to still being prepared, double charged one time..... no one can even find 1 of the charges in there system.. was told by a rep it would be refunded.... few weeks later.. charged for my next months box.. 2 weeks passed already.. still hasnt shipped and im still waiting for the refund from couple months ago edit: review at zamplebox.com is invalid

Bad business practices (updated)

I created this problem for myself by not reading the reviews but I can't blame myself entirely since I didn't actually intend to finalize an order, instead of going through a proper checkout process like every other website it just instantly charges your card. Tried to contact them but their live chat was broken and I couldn't email them either because the captcha on their support page was also broken, after 20 minutes I tried to use a different web browser out of desperation and that somehow worked? apparently they don't like google chrome?? so I immediately got a cancellation email and stupidly I believed that would mean that they would cancel the pending transaction on my card since I cancelled within minutes after ordering, but no, 3 days later the money came out of my account, it's now 8 days later and I don't believe they have even started to process the refund after numerous conversations with customer service through the live chat. Will update review if anything changes but even if they processed the refund today it would be charitable to give them 2 stars, I don't think I've ever dealt with a retailer that is this bad in my life, I ordered a zamplebox once in 2016 and it was great so I just assumed that I would have a similar experience again in 2021, I was very wrong. Avoid at all costs EDIT: This is a response my pending refund situation and the response to this review from Zamplebox. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 assuming that they follow through and everything works out. What initiated this situation was that I received a 30% off coupon for Zamplebox and I have been looking for an alternative source of eliquid since the vaping ban in Australia. I previously ordered the Zamplebox in 2016 and was pleased with it so I figured it would be a good and reputable place to source American eliquid considering the discount I was offered. The checkout isn't that bad, I just expected a pop-up to appear that asked me if I wanted to confirm my order before they charged my card. The issue was that the section at the checkout to enter a coupon code is quite small, I think you have to open a little dropdown menu to even see the box where you type in the code, because I didn't see this I assumed the section to enter the code was on the next page of the checkout process so I proceeded, and that finalized the order. Overall this process isn't ideal and could be improved but ultimately it was my fault for basing my engagement with the checkout on my previous experiences with other websites while not taking the time and care to assess the page properly. I think at the time I just got frustrated because I struggled so much with contacting support, and it felt like a bit of a scam. That being said, despite this process taking a long time, the customer support at zamplebox responded relatively quickly and in a civil manner, they didn't provide as much information as I would have liked but overall it wasn't the worst experience. It has been 15 days since I placed my order and I have still not received the refund in my bank account, but they have assured me that I will be refunded so I will take their word for it and improve the rating on my review by two stars. I want to like zamplebox, and I feel bad giving them a hard time over this incident but realistically, some of their fundamental systems in their storefront have a lot of issues which reduce the quality of the experience from the customer. I feel like I am a relatively intelligent person, and if I was confused and dismayed by this process then I would assume that other people will likely have a worse experience than I did. Funnily enough, after I cancelled my order, assuming that the authorisation on my card would be cancelled and the money would not be taken from my account, I actually found the spot in the checkout to enter my coupon code, but that was also broken lol after promising 30% off, the code only gave me a 3% discount on my order, subtracting $3 from my $100 USD purchase. At that point I decided to just cut my losses and find another site to order from. That being said, if Zamplebox is genuinely concerned about the ordering experience for customers then I do recommend they take my feedback onboard as I feel like I've identified multiple issues with their website. In terms of the customer service, it was good, but if someone mistakenly places an order and wants to cancel it, what they want to know is that they are getting their money back, and when they are going to receive it, especially around the christmas period where money might be tight for some people. If you don't have the logistical ability to cancel pending authorisations on a card and the transaction has to go through, inform the customer of that, inform the customer when the refund has been confirmed and the amount of time it will take upon cancellation.

Zamplebox is Improving of Late

Zamplebox, offers a great variety of juice options at reasonable prices however some of the juices listed are often unavailable. They should temporarily remove these juices from their website or at least indicate they are out of stock while browsing, instead of having to click on a juice to see if it is available. They are also still experiencing challenges with services such as fulfilling orders and following through on requests in a timely manner. I have, however, observed improvement in their response to emails and chats. I will update my review once I observe consistent improvement in the areas I highlighted.

I've used Zamplebox for years

I've used Zamplebox for years, a year ago it would've been 5 stars easy. This past year, customer service has been terrible. I've had some issues I've been trying to resolve with them, and only being able to communicate via website chat box, it's nearly impossible. They provide you with a number to call, a number to text, and an email, all of which have never worked for me. Every time I call, I get an automated "we're out of the office," message. Every time I text or email, I get no response. I love the service, but the support just isn't there anymore.

I have to say that the customer service…

I have to say that the customer service is actually decent! I went through the same thing a lot of these other buyers, as in not seeing my item picked up, but label created, etc. the reason for that is, they use a third party shipper. The shipper does not update the tracking for usps because they don’t have the same programs. My item took a week and half to make tons usps facility, and I thought it was just sitting in the same location due to tracking. I will admit, it is very frustrating not knowing when you’ll receive your order. I’m not sure why some of the people didn’t get responses from IG, but I got responses, just not immediately. Any time I messaged someone, they ALWAYS got back to my annoying ass! I haven’t recieved my order yet, and it’s been 2.5 weeks, but it is in my city now. :) they may be swarmed because of the new shipping laws. Not many people are still shipping! We could be thankful for the late deliveries if we are still getting our vaping needs!! I have them 3 stars just because of the late shipment, and third party shipper. Customer service was helpful. Order 60$ of juice and still haven't got it can't not get up with no one about a refund or just to see if they can find out what's going on poor customer service and bad business all around and apparently the live bot takes a lot of time off just very dissatisfied better off just throwing your Money in the wind and hope it comes back will never shop here again

Label created order never shipped

I’ve been working with them for a month now trying to get my first box shipped. I’m getting my money back and walking away from this. Waisted time and money, they try to help but there’s only so much the girl that runs their ig can do I guess. Cause my tracking number still says usps is awaiting the item almost a week after they “shipped it”, here’s what happened they created a label so they could close out the deal shut me up, but never put a label on a box and that box in the mail to me. Scammers.

Absolutely awful sent me a bunch of…

**********UPDATE!!!!!!********** STILL RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I finally after many many many attempts to get someone got something accomplished and they were offering me a free box to make up for the awful one. They even unlocked it so I could pick 12 flavors. I was so excited about that and I picked all my 12 flavors and now it shipped it and it says half the flavors are RANDOM again even though they are not supposed to be and one of them is just completely not what I chose so that means that 5 out of 12 are hopefully what I chose when I chose items that were in the stock!! That is not a good enough percentage to get five out of 12 and who knows if those will even be right?!?!? I don't understand why it is so ridiculously difficult to get anything done with this company it is such a great concept but that's about all it is is a concept. You pretty much should know if you order from them you're just paying to get a mystery box(literal mystery bc it doesn't match flavor profile), probably a mystery box of many duplicates at that. It feels like they're just trying to sell whatever scraps they have left and are just sending you whatever random stock they have out in your box. The items you receive are not even any of the brands that look halfway decent. And it says rainbow sherbert is in stock to order it like if you just want to order a bottle by itself but it's in stock It also says it's in stock and you can add it to your box and still the second box in a row I have not received it!!!! And now that I've tried to respond back about this they sent me an email saying my ticket was resolved and it's not resolved!! Nothing has been made right this is so frustrating and stressful no company has ever irritated me so much!! And when people do respond to an email they don't ever give you a complete answer so then you have to write them back and wait for them to write back and then write them back some more to wait for them to write back and then a week or two you get an answer but it's not a complete answer so you still got to write back again and the cycle goes on. I really feel like I'm on a hidden camera show that's like a joke and somebody's going to pop out before I have a stroke and just be joking and hand me my box the way it's supposed to be. SMH. I hope some company comes up with this concept and actually can execute it because it is absolutely not doing what is advertised. Absolutely awful sent me a bunch of duplicates of things that were on my dislike list and it wasn't just duplicate flavors it was duplicate flavors from the same brand. And when they asked me to review my experience with them multiple times I tried to submit it when I clicked a number one rating meaning not likely to recommend at all. And all five times I tried it said it could not connect to the page then I changed it to a 10 but still included my negative comments and it went right through and posted and then it asked me to review here and that's why I'm saying what a scam it is.

They scammed me AGAIN!

I didn't get my April box until July and only received 5 of the 11 or 12 bottles from my subscription. I made MANY attempts to contact Zamplebox but couldn't reach anyone. Finally, a week ago I received a Facebook message from an employee who told me they would send me a free box but they needed to activate my account again but assured me they would cancel it as soon as it was shipped. Guess what? I was charged $63 right afterwards and haven't received anything. I, again, haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I have been scammed again.

Not a pleasant experience

Ordered 17 bottles from them and all of them are gross AF they taste expired, they taste chemically. I wasted coils in the process of testing each bottle plus the time spent priming coils only to find out the juice is horrible. This is not the experience I was looking for as I want to use vaping to quit smoking. I'm so close to going to buy a pack of smokes -_-
