They made up for it
They made up for it. If you look at my other reviews you will see how pissed I was, and justifiably. They took forever to send my first box. It was my first time dealing with them and the first impression was poor. I replied to every single email they sent me calling them out for shorting me 3 bottles with the most colorful language you could imagine. Finally someone from zamplebox replied to me and a conversation started. He sent me the 3 bottles I was owed plus 3 more to make up for the bad service. Even asked me what flavors I liked. I got my box today. It was an actual zamplebox box as opposed to a regular shipping box. The flavors I got were mostly good (IMO) the ones I dont care for will go to my brother as I've gotten him into the vape game, hopefully he kicks cigarettes. Anyway I really do think the company is trying to make up for what happened. In a past review I said anything above a 1 star was fake, and here I am 5 starring them. No I wasn't paid to either, I've just had a change of heart. They owned up to what happened and are making an attempt to fix it. Should they have continued taking orders while this was going on? IMO no but it's a little late for that and we can't go back in time. I will wait and see if reviews indicate that things have turned around before I give them another chance. Right now I'm cautious but it's a definite possibility where as before I wouldn't have considered it. In closing if you were shorted or are having problems you should email them.
