Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Charged my account as part of the onboarding and the onboarding didn’t happen. Call made multiple times to get the refund and haven’t got anything yet and its more than a month now. Absolute scam and terrible customer service. As requested, details have been sent now.

I had a very disappointing experience initially, but it got resolved, so I changed my review from 1star to 4 stars as a consequence. It took them a long time, at least a couple of months to turn the money I was overcharged into a credit instead, but I'm glad they eventually resolved the Issue and I didn't need to switch to another supplier.

I contacted Yuno 2 days after my payment for January been taken with a query on my bill. That is approx 30 days ago. I also sent an email on the same day to the Customer Care email address as per the invoice. I have never received a reply to my email. I have contacted support through the chat on 4 occasions sine. I have been constantly assured that it will be escalated and I will get a response. Nothing........ Now my Feb payment has gone out. Are we not to receive a 150€ credit from the government for Feb. Well with Yuno its not taken into account. Possibly March.. Hopefully you dont have an issue with your invoice because your payment is taken and dont hold your breath for a response. I have used 3 other providers over the previous 25+ years and never experienced this. Update 8th February - See response from Yuno , someone will contact me within 24 hours , thats 2.5 days ago. Guess what no contact surprisingly...........

Their positive reviews have a lot of punctuation marks(!)which are quite rare normally,giving the impression they're written by the same person.If I'm correct I'd find that quite worrying considering it's a major energy supplier

If I could give zero I would.... This has to been very disappointing...... - taking money off you up front - don't have a clue what your usage is - don't show their VAT number on the bill so you can't use it to claim back VAT - and with issues and all they could say was they were having some issues with their system - I'm after getting a bill now, on a Friday evening of a long week-end, for almost €1,200. If that comes out of my account I'm bust. The app told me earlier in the week it was going to take €700. They're not taking account of the submitted meter readings, seem to have some algorithm that's off the wall. I'll leaving straight away. I don't care of it costs me €50, I'll probably save a whole lot more by not staying. In reply to Yuno.... I have made the decision to leave Yuno and thats where I want to leave it. I tried calling customer services twice since Christmas to engage with my estimate queries and both times the call rang out with a message telling me to leave my number and someone would call back. That didn't suit me as I am only available certain times during the day. Getting the unexpectedly high bill on Friday evening and the money taken was the final straw. That process is not a safe place for me. It can't be right that you can determine how much is owed and take it out of my account straight away, no matter how much it is and no opportunity for me to challenge it. I know I signed up for it at the start but now I am deciding to withdraw from that arrangement.

I joined Yuno this January and my first top up was on the 2nd of January which amount was €60 than on the 10th of January I received 150€ from government making the total total amount to €210 than on the 25th of January I receive an estimated bill of 222€ that brings the total amount of money that I use in January to 432 euros in just one month, I work nights shift and I hardly stay any home we don’t cook often, I have tried to reach out for some explanation and I was told that this was my usage for January.. pls stay away from this company..

Very bad experience. Bills lack detail and quote incorrect usage, do not seem to want to k ow the correct figures. Took almost €700 from my account after I changed suppliers. In the chat they asked for my details to contact me in a few minutes. Haven’t heard from them yet. The company appears to little more than marketing with no customer service to systems to back it up. I have changed suppliers numerous times over the years and have never come across anything this poor.

Avoid! I signed up to a contract and they took the first pre-payed months bills of €150. I then changed my mind, more or less straight away and cancelled. I am entitled to a 14 day cooling off period by law. They have not refunded my money yet, one month later. They promised to call, and didn’t. They don’t reply to online queries

Horrible app, can’t believe government lets this app operate the critical service which electricity is. App didn’t work properly and ended up charging me twice, now I have extra money in credits without me wanting that. This is nightmare. When contacted support through chat guy didn’t reply and now when I try to contact support it says support is closed but at the same time says they are open until 8pm
