Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Bills seem extortionately high, I've made a mistake switching. No government grants issued ? Joined Jan 3rd?? , they have me down as using 3 times more electricity than I have ever used . Nobody responding to messages!? Avoid , avoid , avoid

I first joined Yuno Energy on the 1st of December and I regret now that I did. Excessively high bills with no explanation. I reported the issue to them now a month ago with multiple calls, online chats and emails with no explanation all I ever get told is that it’s with billings or I have passed on to my supervisor. Horrendous customer service .

Worst company ever..3 days trying to speak to someone. They refuse to ring you..charged me €345 for 17 days which is crazy.Only webchat available so texting allday then it cuts off...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Nice easy phone manner and very curtious. Was having isssues with the app, the customer service agent told me to delete and reinstall and waited on the phone till it was done.

I have been having problems with Yuno for ages now, they never applied the government grant to my account then proceeded to take a huge amount of money from my account, way more than I use. I have called several times and the customer agents try and help but all they can do is issue a ticket which no one responds to, I cant even get through to a manager, apparently you have to request a call back and no time frame is given for when they may call you back. .I want my money refunded, the government grants applied to my account and then I will be leaving this joke of a company.

I have so far paid over €750 since joining on the 11th January. My bi monthly bills with Electric Ireland would be approx €400. I have provided 12 months of bills and meter readings. My next bill for 1 month is over €500. I wish I had never switched and I would not recommend anyone make the same mistake I did. I have made an official complaint to Yuno and CRU. This is causing considerable stress.

Rang customer service asking about bill details as money takenn but no info on units used etc. Also wanted to find out about submitting a meter reading, left messages requesting a call back, sent e-mals - no reply of any kind. Account now moved to a new supplier, never to return. Absolutely useless customer service from a joke of a company. AVOID.
