Query with your bill - Don't expect a response.....
I contacted Yuno 2 days after my payment for January been taken with a query on my bill. That is approx 30 days ago. I also sent an email on the same day to the Customer Care email address as per the invoice. I have never received a reply to my email. I have contacted support through the chat on 4 occasions sine. I have been constantly assured that it will be escalated and I will get a response. Nothing........ Now my Feb payment has gone out. Are we not to receive a 150€ credit from the government for Feb. Well with Yuno its not taken into account. Possibly March.. Hopefully you dont have an issue with your invoice because your payment is taken and dont hold your breath for a response. I have used 3 other providers over the previous 25+ years and never experienced this. Update 8th February - See response from Yuno , someone will contact me within 24 hours , thats 2.5 days ago. Guess what no contact surprisingly...........
