Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I think this is a dangerous model, how is this model legal? They guess-estimate what your use is going to be for next month, they proceed to take this money out of your account based on their guess for energy you have not consumed yet and may not. Its like some kind of futures stock option. What the hell. Do not trust the positive reviews they are obviously staff prompted to add good reviews.

If I could give zero I honestly would. Owed a refund from the government energy credits (we left within cooling off period in December because we were not happy with the insane quotes for bills on the app that were more than double our Energia prices despite the rates meant to be cheaper, despite being assured it was a temporary thing we were very reluctant to trust this given the insane usage on the app that was not correct at all ) we got our deposit refunded but not the energy credits. One rep said they could see they had received them in December and yet it took us asking Energia why we never got them to learn in fact yuno had them weeks before but we never got any correspondence to say this . I was promised a refund that hadn’t materialised and so today I rang again, the rep couldn’t find any record of said energy credits and didn’t seem to think I was owed a refund at all, despite a half an hours call with the previous colleague who checked and said it was basically that yuno got paid the energy credits early and that’s why it landed in their account and not Energias. This I can somewhat understand, but the delay in fixing it is really poor form. Honestly I would be very wary of dealing with this company and will be sure to let my friends and colleagues know of my experience. I am more out of pocket than if I had never moved in the first place. In fact I am going to just stay with Energia, they are cutting prices anyway. I see other reviews of a similar experience so I am not the only one that is very unhappy. It’s a shame as I had high hopes joining them. The customer service agent was nice that I politely complained to today but ultimately, couldn’t actually help me at all the fact she couldn’t see the government levy or even put me through to a supervisor to speak with. I don’t understand how her colleague could see we were owed it but she couldn’t but something was amiss today when I called . It was just a standard log a complaint on the system and someone will contact me but no knowledge of when even roughly so felt like a fob off to be honest . Advise all to steer clear unless you want the equivalent of a second job of chasing issues because that’s how you will be spending a lot of your time! Really unhappy with this and hope it will be resolved very soon. EDIT: STILL NO REFUND, NOBODY CONTACTED ME EITHER DESPITE ME MAKING MORE PHONECALLS AND ALSO PROVIDING CONTACT DETAILS THROUGH TRUST PILOT.

I found her to be most helpful in solving a tricky problem I had with the YUNO app. Her personality & patience speaks volumes for the way business should be conducted, in my opinion. She dealt with my situation very efficiently, & should be applauded for her outstanding work. Eddie Mannion.

I refer to the response from Sacha and for the record I have not received the refund including Government support or have I received a final bill. I sent a formal compliant to your company, had a mail from Conor saying they were looking into it but have received nothing since,and that was 3 days ago.I have also been in touch with the CRU office. It has been a very simple request put forward by me since my account closed on the 06/12/23 a child could solve the problem. Looking at the reviews there are others out there having the same problems... the question now is has this company got financial problems??or are they just a COWBOY outfit.

I signed up to yuno energy and loved the app. It shows you energy used each day. Then recently I was away for weekend, no one in house and the app said I used more energy on the Sat than I did Christmas day. Same Sun. I rang and they said it was an estimate not a real reading. Then I realised that since Christmas my readings have gone up and up each day, even in early week days when I'm at work compared to nov and dec. I can't understand what's going on but I believe they are making up the readings and overcharging me. They also never told me when I joined that this is an up front deal, you pay up front for electricity you have not used. I really regret joining them and I am going to switch.

Horrible experience. Open an account and they were quick to take money. We closed an account after a week in cooling period as didn't like how they operate. They promissed refund in 21 days but because didn't see it we rang to find where is refund. We were told to wait all the time. After a month we find out that they closed account on own initiative and issued bill for 2 days 110 euro. They were instructed to close an account but never did it so we had such at trouble to open a new account with other electricity provider. Conclusion that they took deposit plus goverment electricity credit and created unbelievable bill which they never provided. Yuno told that somebody will contact about all the issue but of course nobody bother to contact us. Honest advice stay away from Yuno as they are good to take your money and then not resond any more. Customer care is useless as can't assist at all. It was the worst experience I ever got and such unfair business that Yuno is doing. STAY AWAY if you don't want more problems and stress in your life!!!
