What's the point of cake delivery if it's not received on time? They have a fancy messaging system and still didn't communicate about delay in order until I called. Someone's birthday and my own surprise plans were ruined because the cake arrived three hours later than the scheduled time. This was my first and possibly the last time using them.

Extremely unprofessional customer service especially Mannat No response when i asked about the status of my cake order delivery Firstly they deliver wrong cake to my house Second the correct delivery Which was supposed to be delivered between 10AM to 2 PM is not delivered until 5:30 pm not sure when or if it will be delivered!!! For sure, the occasion is ruined, thanks to Winni.in. I would Strongly discourage Everyone to choose another portal like fnp but not this one!!! Looters @ winni- no customer service no professionalism pathetic quality!

I placed a order 00813987470 for a heart shape cake with good design. But when the cake was delivered, it was round in shape and there was hardly any design on it and also looked like it was made by a amateur cake maker. The cake was packaged in a box which had a name of a local company. I was surprised with the answer provided by their customer care. They mentioned that the design of the cake can vary. Please don't get cheated by these guys who display fancy looking cakes in their website and charge hefty amount for delivering trivial looking cakes that too made by some substandard contractors

Ordered cake, lotus candle and flowers. All 3 were unsatisfiable. 1.Flowers not delivered. 2.Ordered lotus candle but stick fire candle was delivered. 3.Cakes design was not according to pic shown on website. U should improve alot otherwise stop ur services

I have ordered Fresh "Blooming Insight - Rose flowers" , a greeting card and Big Cadbury celebrations pack for my wife on her birthday(12-Aug-20). I have ordered 2 days in advance and i got confirmation too from Winni. The Delivery time would be 10 AM - 9PM and i said ok. On 12-Aug-20, the delivery message was not done till 5 pm in the evening. I followed then using chat option several times regarding the delivery and they said we will deliver it on time. I received my order and to my surprise, they have arranged everything with the local vendor at the last minute. I have received low quality different product instead of the ordered one. I have ordered fresh roses (10 Pcs) and they delivered only 6 which is already dead roses I have ordered greeting card and they delivered 10 rps card i have ordered Cadbury celebrations pack, but they sent 3 daily milk chocolates worth of 80 rps in a plastic cover. Even it was not packed. I have paid 1323 rps including delivery and what they deliver is for 300 rps. I have reported this to winni customer care and what they offer is 100 rps refund also they said that the location is remote thats why they could not arrange properly. I have checked with them before ordering and they said yes. Also the customer representative said that we will send these kind of shipment to the remote location and what sort of attitude is this? Totally ruined the occasion and dont beleive in them. they are not fit to run this business very worst. this is my first time order to them and i have experienced this. My suggestion we can deliver whatever we can but do not beleive in these people anymore. Whether kanchipuram is a remote location , if yes then they should not have this option for delivery. Cunning fellows Can anyone suggest me how can i lodge an complaint against them, since they are looting our hard earned money. Have ordered cake for the very first time in Bangalore, sitting here in Delhi. Cake is yet to be delivered but seems my experience is going to be good as I got robust support from Customer manager Ms. Neerja.

I had a bad experience while making the payment since the payment gateway through debit card as well as online banking did not respond for a long time. the online chat assistance helped with various options tried for more than 15-20 minutes. As I was about to leave to other service providers to place the order, luckily the payment gateway responded & I placed the order with Winni finally. Kindly look into the same to fix if it is inherent problem with other customer also.

This is my first and worst experience with Winni. With order #00812986855, they didn’t deliver one of the two items I ordered and paid for, neither they reverted back with a call or email with a formal apology and refund. So called them up and demanded refund, to which they replied that they will get back to me in half an hour, but they never did. I had to call them again, this time again I had to explain everything again. They again told me that we will verify your claims and if found true will refund the amount in 7-8 business days. To save myself from further mental trauma and irritation, I stopped communicating with them. My sincere advise is it’s unwise to buy the worst customer experience.
