I have ordered in Winni before. Service and quality of the stuffs delivered is exceptionally good. However they are slightly over priced. Worth to specify, Ms. Shilpha's assistance was way too good.

One star is also not worth for it. I ordered cake for my mom-in-law birthday on 24th evening. The birthday was on 25th. They give the delivery time before 9pm. But they didn't get the cake. So I send them a mail about this. Then they make a call and said we can't deliver now. We will delivery tomorrow by 11Am. I asked why don't you inform me before. you make a call after I sent a mail. My surprise was ruined away. So I call back them and ask to cancel the order they said if you cancel the order the money will be credited to your winni wallet. And they promised me to send the cake on 25th by in between 9am to 1pm. I agreed with them. I wait until 2pm but I didn't get the cake. So chat with customer support there is not even one person will respond until the end. They said we will check it and let you know and didn't give the response. At last one person in the chat said your order was cancelled. I asked them without any intimation why did you cancel the item no response from them. Then i make a call they said you order will deliver before 9Pm. It's 10pm now but I didn't get the cake. I don't know why they were so irresponsible. It's the worst app I have never seen. All my mood was gone and my surprise plan got flopped. I don't recommend this to anyone. Any person will show interest to buy anything in this site once it happen. Then what can I do if the money will credited in the winni wallet

I have never seen like worst service order somethings and delivered something else which not quality cheap price one. Totally they’re making customers fools. My best advice is don’t open their website... No-1 scams

very bad after sales service. no concern for issue faced by customer. they deliver wrong and cheap item they delivery flowers which are not fresh

I ordered cake for my daughters birthday. It was very bad in terms of quality, a cheap cream and rough bread inside. I highly recommend not to buy cake from them Justbake, Amma's bakery and Kekiz are much better and cheaper. They charged Rs 1400 for 1kg cake which is higher than others.
