I have spoken with Shilpa regarding a shippment and new order enquiry. also i have discuss about some discount coupons. She helped me with proper tracking with the shippemt, also given me a discount code and solved my new order enquiry.

Please don't wate money and time in winni. Support team very bad. There is no refund policy if cake damaged or bad and no replacement for it. This site is cheating with people and their emotions

My family bought the cake for 1299 rupee . It was not good because it tasted like bitter cake than the sweet cake at all so I suggest to make some changes in the cake next time .

Worst app for the cake delivery, they did not even deliver the cake plus took the payment also. Fraud company...never ever buy from here never...frauders

I ordered cake, roses and chocolates in India Solapur city for Rakshabandhan but they didn't deliver flowers and also replaced cake with lousy cake. They didn't refund as well. So poor customer service. The contact number whenever called unable to connect and the support staffs are all jokers not even attend the queries on their site just let you keep waiting forever. It is a worst company never ever order from Winni

i am not satisfied with the service.Before Agent(Neerja) she was not able to help regarding my query and Neerja some how helped me but she is also not replying my query.Overall very bad experience.But i am hoping cake which i ordered it should be fresh and yummy.
