I had a bad experience while making the payment since the payment gateway through debit card as well as online banking did not respond for a long time. the online chat assistance helped with various options tried for more than 15-20 minutes. As I was about to leave to other service providers to place the order, luckily the payment gateway responded & I placed the order with Winni finally. Kindly look into the same to fix if it is inherent problem with other customer also.
