I get a Simple Chocolate Cake Even Name Not Mentioned. Even Cake is Eggless or Not doubtful. One More thing Cream is Vanilla, not Chocolate only Layered With Chocolate. If you are Happy To Playing Emotions (Not Mentioned Name) Of People by Doing Fraud and Taking Higher Charges (Rs. 900 Paid | Cake For Chocoholic | Weight: 500 gm | Eggless: TRUE | Heart Shape: FALSE | Message on Cake: Happy Birthday Rohit) from their Original Value by Showing False Image Of Products. From Swiggy With Same Shop and Approximately (Only Difference In Outside 3 Designed Made With Vanilla Cream With Strawberry Or Chery) Same Product (I Received) Which Cost for Half KG Only Rs. 400.

Worst service. I ordered birthday cake for my friend. At the time flowers not in stock. They told me instead of flower buy other product. I told them to cancel flowers and repay that amount. At that time, the agreed and after some days i checked with my account but they did not tranfer the amount. When I asked with customer service they told that they tranfer the amount in winni wallet. I asked why you tranfer the amount in winni wallet instead of my account. They told that they did not transfer to account and informed me to buy things for the remaining amount. But i am not interested to buy any product. My question is why they did not tranfer money to my account. I did not cancel the product. Due to unavailability they cancelled, so they have to pay money but instead of they told me to buy other product using winni wallet. I totally upset on that day. I don't know what i have to do.

SHIVI - A good customer service

Worst service ever, don't go for it. They never deliver at time and illiterate people spoils all surprise by calling to receiver rather than sender. Better go for swiggy or any other services. My order time was at 8-10pm customer care executive(archana) started calling me and receiver from morning 9 and forced us to receive our delivery before 2pm.

Most unreliable site to order urgent cakes. They don't inform you that the order cannot be delivered on the desired date and they don't process the refund into your original payment method. They use their useless Winni wallet which an unhappy customer will never use.

Worst and fraud site. Ordered a birthday cake and it was supposed to delivered before 2pm. Even after 6pm they didn’t deliver. The cake was supposed to be cut at 6pm. They are not cancelling the order nor refunding the money.
