Such a fraud team ... we can’t contact them ... their customer device is not reachable ... and I ordered a premium quality cake from their website as per the description but what we received was a entirely different cake .. completely deceiving .... don’t believe their website description and order anything ... it’s completely fraud ....

FRAUD FRAUD .....I dont know why they are in this business if they are not able to understand the importance of time....i order at 12:30 and it was supposed to be delivered befor 6pm ...however till 8pm. they are clueless where the order is and who is delievering it...i tried multiple time but they didnt respond properly...completely ruined my life...FRAUD TEAM ... THEY ARE FRAUD ....... Dont go by postive review these are paid reviews.....

Unhappy!!! Ordered a gift for my sister on 12th Aug, requested to deliver on 16th Aug, yet product not delivered, when spoke with the customer care executive she stated "I understand sir it will be delivered today or tomorrow" but why ? and why do we even have to mention the delivery date if you are poor at keeping words, absolute disappointing.

Really CSR Preet has been responsive person who understood & gave an alternative. Kind of solution driven approach which is well appreciated. Kindly please a clear visibility on your website on available & stockout products classification to avoid chaos which helps you winning customer satisfaction & trust

I ordered a Rs.1899 and the recipient received a Rs.1199 cake which tasted aweful. My communications with the customer service team yieleded no rusults and as per company rules i was rightfully supposed to be rufunded the amount paid as i did report the issue 5 minutes after the recepient received the cake. I live far from home and depend on companies to deliver gifts and cakes during various occasions. I will never use Winni again and i do NOT recommend them!!

Pathetic service. Order has been automatically cancelled due to unavailability.. And no refund given back to account. No proper answer on phone calls by their customer service. Worst and fraud website. Never going to order again

My Name is Arun adn I have placed an order on 9th Aug 2020 and today is 16th I am yet to receive the order and they charged me 200 as delivery charge. If you really want to order a gift better to stay away from them they are not responding properly or they are not ready to give you a refund they are fraud.
