worst service, am ordered cake, its not delivery that day, if am contact customer service they not give proper response, guy's don't order items for this site.

Late delivery and no proper response from the support executives. Lack of communication from within. And the cake had no message on it. If you guys could rectify this. Otherwise good in terms of taste, appearance, and money.

Horrible customer service. They accept orders on the website along with the payment and then call and say no flowers are available. As for the refund you get it back in your Winni wallet which is pointless, why would someone order again after a bad experience?

I would not give one... Also. It was worst worst. Cake was worst flower was dead.. Service was veryyyyyyy very badddd. No name on the cake.. No message on cake. You guys need to rectify it. By sending another cake. Another flower bouqe. Or this will be spreading. I m not going to leave . Hell cake was hell.
