I have talked to Shilpa ma'am regarding an order which I somehow placed on the wrong date due to confusion. She helped me out in a very polite way and solved my issue as well. I liked the customer service.

Hopeless customer service! My friends told me not to purchase from 'Winni' but I just thought of giving winni.in a chance and placed my first order and till date i regret my decision. Recently, I placed an order from winni.in and at the last moment when we are celebrating my niece bday, they sent half order and sent me a message saying that my order has been delivered. Because we were busy celebrating, i ignored the missing product of my order and complaint about this next day. My complaint was not answer. I complaint again on their live chat and their representative left the chat without answering. I tried to get 3-4 and same protocol was followed (leave the chat) by their customer representative. I do understand that we all are humans and maybe by mistake they did not deliver my half order but the behaviour and response i received from their customer service was pathetic. My first (n last) experience with them was pathetic all because of their customer service. I should have listened to my friends about how horrible their customer service is. Lesson learned! p.s. I do have the screenshots of my chat with their customer care to prove my case. Thanks guys, and please be careful as one mistake from them can spoil your celebration.

GOOD, nice customer care

Very worst service I got from them. They gave me a simple cake with no decorations in it. They took the full amount from me. Firstly they delivered me a wrong order to me and when I called them they give me another one and it was in a very bad shape. So they are just making fool to us. So please don’t go for them instead but from local store you will get much better from them.

I ordered a combo of cake, flower,and chocolate on my friend's birthday. Very worst cake a cheap cream and rough bread in side. Flowers are not fresh At the time of booking I wrote the msg that mentioned the name on cake along with candles but they didn't mentioned the name on the cake and they didn't gave candles with it. I highly recommend not to buy cake from them Justbake, Very worst experience. I suggest don't buy cake. They are just a bunch of frauds. This is very bad quality and even it tastes like trash . If you would like to waste your money you can buy this cake .
