I ordered a boquet. On the day of occasion, got a mail from Winni that they don't have fresh flowers. Instead they offered to take a cake. They should have made this clear while ordering instead of telling it on the day of delivery. Bad experience in total.

I ordered a cake from Winni a few days back and accidentally made double payment. I got in touch with customer support and Preet helped me in providing accurate information. She was very prompt and genuine with her responses and escalated my request immediately.

Such a poor service. Many mistakes I pay for good chocolate cake and they sent normal cake. For what I pay? I sent many msg for special request. But they only reply me for extra charges mail. The cake was on wrong time, even the cake was bad and wrong, I lost my money for extra charges and chocolate cake. And so stupid mistake, I gave “congratulations” msg to write on cake, but “congrat’s” was written on cake. What is does mean I felt shy to post cake pic. So bad you did soooo bad...... I call them to solve this mistake and they reply me very badly if sounds like they only mean to money......

I wanted to know about my order that when will the order will deliver and shivani helped me out in a very nice way. Thanks a lot shivani.

I had ordered the bouquet which reached today. No issues about delivery but a whole lot of issues with the product- 1. The bouquet was of pink roses with a pink wrapping and a pink ribbon. But the product delivered was red roses with a transparent wrapping with white stars and just a pink paper cover around it with a yellow ribbon. 2. Some roses are cut and the cut stems can be clearly seen above between the roses!!! 3. The green fillers used were incorrect as well. 4. I had asked to hide the sender details but that wasn't fulfilled as well. And they charge 500+ for such wrong products and 300 for delivery? If they are not going to deliver the right product then what is the point of charging this obscene amount of money? I would have given 0 stars if that was possible, believe me.
