This is the worst website ever. Multiple follow ups and still cake is not delivered. It was for my dad’s birthday on 14Feb and they do not provide refund too. I am in a different country and wanted to surprise him. Even the next day they havent delivered and will only reply no refund and no time frame of delivery.

Pathetic service. Items are being delivered on next day, where your celebration is already done on the previous day. Spoiled cake and melted chocolates.

I HAVE ORDER FOR CAKE FOR VALENTINE BUT AFTER MANY FOLLOW-UPS CAKE NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED BY WINNI ON 14TH FEB'2021 AND STILL NOT DELIVERED. KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT BACK AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR PROMISES AND NOT ABLE TO DELIVER ON THE DATE OF CEMLEBRATION. IF DELIVER TODAY-LATER IT WILL BE RETURNED/NOT RECEIVED AS IT IS OF NO USE NOW.`

Worst service. I ordered a gift for a particular day and even they charges Rs 200 extra for the delivery on that special day. They didn't deliver that day even they didn't refund the amount. Please be away from this website to enjoy your special day. They are simply cheater.

Winni is the worst App ever !! I ordered a product a combo of Teddy bear, flowers and 2chocolates. And the delivery order time was in the morning 10am to 2pm but the product reached at night. And the product was wrong, the teddy bear was looking very weird , the flowers were not included at all.And the took 1049/- amount. On that day it was 14Feb. This stupid service of Winni has ruined the surprise. This type of fraudness should not be tolerated. I request people out there not to buy anything from this type of App.I hope some apps get banned 🚫 This is just stealing of money from innocent and filling their stomach shamefully. The service is worst and they deliver wrong product.

This kind of action is called fraud. I am sharing my first and last experience with winni. After payment of my order, i got a mesaage in my order confirmation email that your order may delay due to heavy amount of orders. My order costing around 3000 Rs has not reached on the scheduled date and not even by the next day. None of their customer care phone numbers are working. When trying to call their number, it is saying "number invalid". I request #google to block this fraud website from search engine so that people should not suffer anymore.

Order not yet delivered and they have spoiled all my plans. Moreover none of their helpline numbers, emails and chatbots are responsive when we trying to reach them. Such an irresponsible cutomer support which I never experienced before. My order was for Rs.1998/- I lost my money and a wonderful day as well. Sad :(

MIDNIGHT DELIVERY - not promised. I ordered with winni for 13th February midnight delivery on the occasion of valentines day for which they charged an extra 300 Rupees. The order was not delivered and call centre agent (which is busy and gets through only after several attempts) said they would deliver on 14th February. It was not done either. On subsequent call, the agent said there is a disclaimer for this as well, saying it may not be delivered at midnight. (It was clearly not there like it appears for Standard delivery) and she refused to accept any responsibility. What is the point of paying extra if there is no guarentee? My advice - Please dont choose them for special occassions.

You cant trust on their timings of delivery, they may deliver ur items at 2am in night promising for 10AM to 10PM. Here they have shows the amount of professionalism they have, which is negative. So better , you guys must improve ur services.

Ordered cake & bouquet for my hubby, forget about delivering , atleast a call for not doing ur job would be appreciated. U just ruined it.. can’t contact u for even follow up.. give me my money back..

Worst site and worst customer care service. Don’t ever order anything from this site. I have ordered for Lilly and orchid bouquet and in site it’s charge is 1600 and they have charged extra 400. And they didn’t deliver in time and they didn’t even informed me that orchids n Lilly’s are available and with out my confirmation they have sent a note to the vendor to send roses.. and to contact customer service we need to continuously try calling them n it will take atleast 20 min to connect. Finally it’s overall worst n not trust worthy

Hi, I ordered cake and flowers from winni on 14th February for my hubby. They mentioned free delivery for standard slot but I was charged 99rs. Also although standard delivery slot was 8am to 10pm I placed order at 10am with the intention that it will be delivered by 7 pm atleast but the delivered late by 9:30pm. The flower was almost in dead condition and wasn’t fresh. The cake wasn’t as shown in the pics and the flavour was different. Their customer service is pathetic. Highly disappointed and it wasn’t worth the price. I will rather order from fnp then winni.

We had ordered 4 cupcakes, firstly they were not delivered on the time promised secondly it was delivered after we had emailed them and called these people so many times, which is highly unprofessional and disappointing on their part And the condition of the cupcakes received was so bad, It looked NOTHING like the ones we ordered, rather worse

I ordered roses and chocolates from this site for Valentine day, trusting them to deliver it on time. Unfortunately, after the payment, they changed the date of delivery from 14th to 15th Feb. I felt cheated. If they couldn't do it, due to any reason, they should not have taken the order or they should have cancelled it on time, so that the customer could make alternate arrangements. Their customer bot did not respond and their contact number was busy all the time, leaving me high and dry. It is not possible to cancel as it is difficult to maneuver through their website and find the cancellation button. I searched for it several times, but I couldn't find it. It is one of my worst experience and rest assured, I will not be ordering any items through Winni. Don't go by the customer reviews on their website. There is no criticism of any sort and only good reviews are posted. It's adulterated and filtered to showcase only their success stories.

I ordered a cake to be delivered to Cochin. Slot chosen was before 2 pm today. Its,a birthday cake with red rose,bouquet. But the gift gas not reached the concerned yet. I am really disappounted at the service they provide. Hope they deliver today. Request people to be careful when you order cakes or gift online with these sort of online companies.
