Ordered a Birthday day gift with…
Ordered a Birthday day gift with Winni's customized option and opted for delivery on 14th Feb. While Im writing this review its 15th Feb 11.00am. Order not yet delivered and they have spoiled all my plans. Moreover none of their helpline numbers, emails and chatbots are responsive when we trying to reach them. Such an irresponsible cutomer support which I never experienced before. My order was for Rs.1998/- I lost my money and a wonderful day as well. Sad :(
