Not worth it!
I ordered roses and chocolates from this site for Valentine day, trusting them to deliver it on time. Unfortunately, after the payment, they changed the date of delivery from 14th to 15th Feb. I felt cheated. If they couldn't do it, due to any reason, they should not have taken the order or they should have cancelled it on time, so that the customer could make alternate arrangements. Their customer bot did not respond and their contact number was busy all the time, leaving me high and dry. It is not possible to cancel as it is difficult to maneuver through their website and find the cancellation button. I searched for it several times, but I couldn't find it. It is one of my worst experience and rest assured, I will not be ordering any items through Winni. Don't go by the customer reviews on their website. There is no criticism of any sort and only good reviews are posted. It's adulterated and filtered to showcase only their success stories.
