Worst experience ever as I have been trying to reach winni for my order progress and no response.Made calls,sent emails but no response at all.FRAUD ALERT!Lost 1300 rs/-.Please do not use this website.

I ordered cake and flowers for my wife who is posted in Chennai and self is posted to Bangalore. I ordered such a way that it gets delivered by 1400hrs as per the slot. But till now the item has not been delivered on its page it still shows processing. Winni spoiled my valentines surprise worst mistake of my life to order from this place

102141410698 this site is a SCAM I selected Combo cake + flowers but order changed and only flowers were selected, tried to contact customer service online even on phone but couldn't reach. Please be AWARE WITH THIS WINNI SCAM

Ordered a mix bouquet and delivery was on time but it was the smallest bouquet I have ever seen, the picture on the website was misleading - very disappointed!

Fraud alert: I called customer care. The guy said he does not gaunrantee delivery, and refused to refund. Said "do whatever you want to do". This is a fraud company. Be very careful. Don't place orders!

This is the first time I have ordered flowers from winni and the flowers are not fresh and the fillers were not there i recieved the delivery message at 12:50 AM. when I complained about the flowers not being fresh and the fillers not been mentioned they are telling me you should have complained yesterday why are you complaining now I shared the photo at around 10 am. The customer care are so rude and trying to show the customers fault only. Very pathetic experience I was very embarrassed when the person who recieved the flower sent me the picture. So disappointing

Wrost experience, will share this bad experience on others socially also.....poor response and bad service..... First experience nd wrost one , will never order frm this again....

i have ordered a customized mug i uploaded 5 photos but after while i was going through my order i found only one photo i complained it to the customer care and he asked me to send photo by adding .When i send the photo by merging they said that it is not and cannot refund the money

These people are fraud.They charge you in premium rates and provide cheap service for all product except the cake. will never recommend any more service from winni. They showed very nice on the website but delivered very dry fungi plant. And not ready to refund.

I tried Winni two times, both of them were the worst experience ever, Flowers were bad, in spite of providing messages on the cake, they haven't written anything on them. Rest was taken care by super Swiggy delivery boy (they outsourced Swiggy for delivery) who mishandled them very carefully and broke both cakes. Pathetic experience ever. Never use Winni for any order delivery, otherwise, rather cherishing your occasion you will be going to spoil it for sure.

We have received exact design shown in the picture and taste was amazing. It made my bhabhi's birthday way more special with pineapple flavor Minion cake. highly recommend to all, Good service provided by simran ma'am, awesome experience thank you winni :)

I am very happy with Winni, They are very professional and the flowers are as is shown on the website. I used to use Interflora, But I have stopped ever since I came across Winni, I have only ordered flowers for Bombay. I wonder how they will be internationally like in the US or Australia"

Bad experience... Waste of money. They charged 200 rupees extra for scheduled delivery. It was not delivered on time... Also no response from their end. Entirely waste of money.

Very very worst online bakery. Don't waste your money. If you canceled. They didn't give your money. Price is three times higher than MRP.

Hi Customers Don’t ever buy from this site... It’s just waste of money.. they didn’t deliver my order on time and then later when delivered, they delivered all bad flowers, withered flowers... as is the flower were 2-3 days old.. I complained through mail but didn’t get response... Later they agreed to replace but didn’t give the replacement for the day.. when I called the customer care that I haven’t got any replacement and I want my refund... They started saying we can’t refund the money..I said my guests can’t receive the product now as they have gone out for celebration.. they said even if my guests don’t receive the flowers we will consider the order as complete and will not refund the amount... I kept calling the the customer care but everyone said wait for 10 mins but no one gave me any resolution... Just imagine how can one say to a guest to just wait at home so that you can give them flowers.. They have spoiled the mood and the company is a thief they are not giving me the replacement or the money

Excellent Service and Great Quality Delivery was done at right time and quality of shipment was excellent. Very good customer support service as well and active staff. Very happy and glad to have ordered from winni and would be a pleasure to recommend it to anyone .

They are cheaters and worst response from their support team. I ordered cake in June 2020 and it was never delivered(cancelled it by themselves) then they transfer the money to wallet. I order again with the wallet and the wallet amount was gone from the wallet as well and I can use some minimum amount from wallet so have to add an additional amount. Which I again loose. Finally third time lucky I got one ordered delivered but to recover my money and still 1000 INR amount is stuck and I do not see in the wallet. They are scammers! Don't use Winni.
