I'd ordered a cake on September 1st for my niece birthday and to my surprise, the cake was contaminated and it was an old stock that they preferred to ship out without even doing a quality check. The very next day my niece got sick because she'd got thypoid post consuming that contaminated cake. This was disastrous and so upsetting thay how could they sell old stocks to their customers. I mean, please don't play around with your customers health. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

The order status is not updating properly on the website. Also, they told that they cannot deliver my order after 2 hours

This was ordered for Birthday and opened the cake with all friends around . It was so embarrassing . How could you do this and play with our emotions . You screwed it up .

It is fraud website. Collecting money and cancelling the order when the delivery is on due. Dont getting cheated. Be aware of this fraud!!!

Horrible service.. Worst customer care ..totally unprofessional staff.. i have paid for express delivery but never received my product.. They make false commitments.. I have ordered second time from winni and it was worse than before .. last time i ordered cake and that was more than a piece of s**t instead of cake

FRAUD COMPANY. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE, DONT ORDER FROM THEM. Go for AMAZON or Fernsnpetals rather, if they promise at least they deliver. These cheaters charge for express delivery, hogging people's money and do not deliver on time. If you are ordering for occasion, they give an excuse that we dont deliver on time on occasion. Why on earth do you charge then. So if you want to RUIN your occasion gift, go to Winni and yes, dont forgt their amazing customer care will love to hate you :)

They send rotten cakes . Do no buy anything from Winni unless you want to spoil your special occasion. The customer support won't respond you either.

They showed one rakhi which costed me 1500 + and they delivered something else which is absolutely different from what they had shown in the website some stupid unsold rakhi lying with the local vendor of that area. So when you call them they stamp you empathetic words but all they do is ask you to if they can reimburse 100 bucks They are thieves. This is a daylight robbery and they and continuously doing it.

I had ordered a pull up birthday cake for my fiancé in Goa.. The website shows a picture perfect cakes for every occasion which make anyone fall for it and want to order..I paid around 1600 plus 300 service charges for the cake since it was listed in the premium category but when my fiancé sent me a pic of the cake I was shocked.. in reality what they deliver is far from it.. its rather not even close to the regular bakery standards.. the writings had smudges and the worse thing they could have done was over write the letters again with a diff colour… I was very embarrassed since the cake looked horrible . it tasted very different and dry and loaded with sugar, even a novice would make a better cake. After all this drama we called the customer care forget being apologetic the agent told me "the Flavour is the same" my god if I wanted only the flavour I would have ordered another cake a normal cake which would have been less costlier I told the same to the agent then he was like as a good gesture will we will give you 200 rs in winni wallet I was shocked it's not the matter about money but the courtesy to acknowledge the fact that the cake look far from the pics they have put up online . I am taking this up in the consumer forum ..please never order from this place.. the Please stay away from winni .. they serve you poop cakes .. Please do not go by the pictures on their website its all fake … should be tagged as a fake company. I can produce all the picture proofs on demand

It's a big fraud company, I ordered a cake for my little girl worth 1377 and what I got is 400rs cake and one dairymilk small chocolate...and even after complaining nobody is responding...please don't waste your money and time On this fraud service.

Products and services offered by Winni are horrible. I received a used cushion and this company sent a cake that tasted like medicine. Ordered two mugs and received one. Customer service is pathetic. No response on email

Excellent cakes and cupcakes, as well as excellent service! Winni's cakes are something I would suggest to anyone. The tasting day was easy and enjoyable, with plenty of options. This is my first visit, but I will surely return! They are really pleasant and helpful, and They promptly helped me. Thank you, Winni and crew!
