A company that ruined my special day, dont let it ruin yours
Do not trust this company with your special occasions. They seeing the kind of reviews they have received on every platform, I would have never placed an order with them. I paid a surge charge for same day delivery one that never happened. They have absolutely no customer support, chatbot that just states what is already present on the order screen. A customer care email ID to which nobody responds and finally a customer care number that never connects. I hate to see my special day ruined because of utter incompetance, and I am sorry that I was not aware enough to not place an order with an unprofessional organisation. This almost seems like a scam, I do not think my order will ever get delivered. They show up on top of the google page, clearly configured to cheat and defraud people.
