Winni was not able to deliver the order…
Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact person said they have a no cancellation policy but it was not in terms and conditions. Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed in way they approached me after they failed the promise. I never wrote a bad review for any website or any business and this is the first because I'm that frustrated.
