I had some issues with my internet but a quick call and it was sorted out, spoke to a lovely man called Ben Young and he was amazing, good communication, he guided me through some steps that were easily understood, all I can say is it wasn't painful like some other companies I have delt with over the years. I thank you Ben it was a pleasure. Highly recommend this company.

I have recently moved to Wessex for my broadband. My initial contact with sales was good, and the installation process was very good. The broadband lives up to expectations and I am very happy with the product. I did have a small issue with the reception in my upstairs bedroom. After a call to customer support I was highly impressed with the service provided. Ben from technical support managed to sort out the issue very quickly, and β Nothing was too muchβ trouble. I would definitely recommend Wessex internet Thank you

Hi I am amazed at the quick response I had about a situation I had which was nothing to do with the internet itself but with work they were doing on the roads. The response was immediate, problem solved even to the extent that Luke, transport manager, came round to my house to apologise. I wish all companies would take a leaf out of their book. Thanks again and 5 gold stars for customer service.

Ben the technician, who helped me on the phone, was honestly the nicest, most patient person I have ever had help from. He obviously realised I hadnβt a clue and clearly guided me through a reboot of my internet. Wessex Internet is first class in every way. Thank you

I've been trying to have Internet with them since February. We are now in June. They have sent the contractor engineers home 3 times to try to sort out the connection, but still nothing. The engineers say they now what the problem is, but Wessex internet says they are still investigating. The person I talked to didn't give an F. At the end of the day, it is not their problem. I understand.

We currently have wireless internet which was unstable and then stopped all together recently. Having telephoned and reported it frontline support did the usual restart the router, etc. which I had already done. I was then told that a technician would call back, within 15 minutes I had the call. At the other end of the phone was Billy who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Knew what he was talking about, interested, determined, understood that our livelihood's relied on the internet and got us back online within another 15 minutes by doing adjustments his end. I cannot praise Billy enough having previously been used to support people just telling you excused and not really being bothered or capable. The 5 stars are for Billy's service, would be 4 stars otherwise due to below. My only gripe with Wessex Internet is that the previous failure occurred on a Friday and as far as we could find out no telephone cover over the weekend! Although I had sent a help ticket through app that was not actioned until the Monday.

Our internet suddenly stopped working, and our connected internet landline - and they told us, literally, there was nothing they could do and we would have to switch to another provider. This took two weeks to do. Meanwhile we could do no work from home nor earn our living. Just terrible, the worst customer service I have ever known from any company.
