Workmen KEEP on walking through my private garden despite my repeated written and verbal complaints. They enter via my private wooden bridge, clearly signed PRIVATE and walk through my garden with no regard for me or my young girls. Yesterday they trampled my wild flower area. They really don’t care Now reported to Ombudsman and police. They don’t deserve your custom. .

Recently had Wessex internet installed (wireless broadband), being in a rural town I am limited in choices when it comes to receiving a fast and reliable connection, but Wessex Internet has gone above and beyond from installation to support the service has been fantastic,

Oh so wonderful to be able to finally get rid of BT and what passes for their broadband connection in a rural area! From 2 with BT to >200mbps (and usually more!) with Wessex. The Wessex Internet team have been so polite and helpful throughout the connection process and, although there were unavoidable delays, it’s absolutely worth it! Thank you Wessex.

The office team have been most helpful but there was a lack of communication between the 3 site teams - initial, garden and installer who all had different views on the best solution for an old stone building. I was disappointed with the garden team as they did not put in a safety layer, which I later learnt they should have done. I found the garden and installer teams very pushy to get my signature as the end of the day approached. Otherwise I'm delighted with my fast broadband and to date the bottom priced package is more than sufficient for my needs. After years of frustration with appalling telecoms service from a national provider, it is brilliant to have a local office to call and who can understand and speak English!

Installation was a faff and took around 5 weeks - appreciate certain consents are needed but I was not informed along the way. It’s expensive compared to competitors - however (update), they have just replaced the 350mb package with a 500mb package and it’s cheaper. They have offered this to existing customers which is a nice touch.

Wessex internet is by far the absolute worst internet provider you could choose not only are they heavily over priced but in addition to that their network service is virtually non-existent. Since i joined Wessex Internet back in May 2021 i have paid them almost £700 for poor service and A bear minimum package, opposed to their competitors that provide a better service only charging £240 over a 12 month period. They also have incompetent staff, my account was automatically adding on bundles upon bundles for 2 months (nothing had actually changed in terms of personal usage) but they were not up for a debate when i insisted this was in correct i ended up paying almost £200 in extras fees that i am sure were a mistake on Wessex Internets behalf. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER!!!!!!!! This is my genuine honest review. I will update if i see change in their service. I will be doing my upmost effort to make sure people know how truly AWFUL this service is.
