Ben Young in technical support has just done a fantastic job sorting out printer problems, following our connection to fibre. He had all the technical knowledge but also talked me through the process in easy steps and happy to take as long as was needed to fix the problem.

For a communications business the customer service support is below poor. We’ve been waiting for months to get connected in Yeovil Marsh and nobody replies to our emails. Update: 1 week later- They haven’t made contact!

Excellent service from Toby. I am a pensioner who is not very technically savvy. Toby talked me through all the necessary checks to try and correct the fault with my Internet without making me feel stupid. He ordered a new router, which arrived within 48 hours, and the problem is solved. Great service from a great company with great Staff.

Called the office on a Saturday as our internet had dipped out overnight. Ben was able to guide us through all the steps to get us reinstated within 10 minutes! Great service and very happy teenagers for the weekend!!

It has proved impossible to get Wessex Internet Ltd to contact me as a customer, when they send out a stream of incorrect invoices. The accounts department will always say that they will call back today, tomorrow or whenever. In several weeks of trying to contact them, they never once called back. The sales team seem to be the only staff who actually exist. Having thankfully cancelled my contract, I have been sent a number of incorrect invoices demanding payment. The account was fully paid up and incorrect invoices still arrived by email, along with yet more promises to call back when challenged. Of course no call ever came. Thankfully I will never have to deal with them again !
