Terrible, impossible to communicate with, the instructions are far from clear, and since this involves taking blood from your own arm at home, I consider this company to be selling dangerous products

Our internet suddenly stopped working, and our connected internet landline - and they told us, literally, there was nothing they could do and we would have to switch to another provider. This took two weeks to do. Meanwhile we could do no work from home nor earn our living. Just terrible, the worst customer service I have ever known from any company.
