Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
£25 Tesco Stafford. Sides of the front seat were untouched. Sills under doors not cleaned. Car was given a cursory once over. Rather a rubbish job, waste of money.

Today I paid £25 and came out to find the car windows hadn’t been lowered to clean the top and the windows still had vape residue and dirt on them.
I brought this to their attention and they said it wasn’t possible to clean it. You had the keys, put the window down a little bit.
I did it when I got home. I shouldn’t have to.
Small chip on the drivers door paint that wasn’t there before.
Also my parcel shelf wasn’t vacuumed for the second time.
My mini has leather seats that separate at the front for extra leg support. The cream leather still had spill marks on it in the crease which hadn’t been cleaned.
The worst thing was that I left a tin of travel sweets (reasonably expensive at nearly £5) in the front. I had 12 left which meant two each day for me. I came back to find someone had opened the tin, put their dirty hand from washing cars in my tin and taken one. If they are light fingered enough to take a sweet, what else will they take? It’s just a sweet but that’s the story of a slippery path.
It’s not acceptable. Do I have to strip my car before I let you wash it?
Left my car at the Maldon Tesco, when I left the car with them it was parked and hand break was up. When I came out of Tesco to pick up the car I paid them and then went to the car where it was parked and the hand break was left down so the car jolted. I tried to put it up but there was absolutely no resistance there the hand break was completely broken. I tried to mention it to them and they denied they did anything even though they literally moved the car which meant they drove it. Completely denied it and argued with me and made me feel so stupid. Never going back and calling the police now!
The cost to wash, clean inside and windows in and out I was quoted £55, wow could not believe it as a good car wash down the road was only £20. This franchise is not good value for money. This franchise is in Bishops Stortford Tesco car park.
I have been using the tesco Allerton Road Liverpool branch for approximately 10 years and have always had great service and a brilliant clean . However, the franchise has been taken over and the first time using it up was a very slapdash clean, not all things done on the gold list and water in my boot and all windows dirty on the edges. I spoke with the owner and he apologised saying he needs to speak to the staff he has inherited. Went back this weekend, asked for gold, I have a fiesta, and was advised that the price was £35 , I have always paid £25, left car and when I hot back advisedthe manager of price I had been quoted, he replied ' they'll say anything when I'm not here' . I paid him the correct price for my car and went to collect it. The windows were dirty the mouldings over the wheel arches were covered in mud and the interior trims at the base of the doors were also muddy. Needless to say I won't be using this franchise ever again.
Aylesbury Broadfields. Asked for a quick wash, said I didn’t want it polished and definitely didn’t want wax on the windscreen as when it rains the screen is very smeary. When I returned he had waxed the car and windscreen and charged £30!! He obviously couldn’t understand English and all he said was ‘shiny shiny’.
I think they should at least have someone in charge that can understand the language. Won’t be using them again.
I paid for interior valet. When I got into my car, the panel for the seat control had been pulled partially off so it was hanging. The attendants of course all denied the damage. My seat had been moved forward so it was up against the steering wheel so clearly they had used it.
The valet itself was awful, I had to go back over it myself. There were mud smears and the seats had not been hoovered or cleaned.
Never again.
Avoid! Pre-booked a Car clean, inside and out, turned up at booking time to be told that time was no going to happen and it would be 2 hours later or another.
Poor service.
Awful experience in Hailsham !! Terrible job £30 for internal valet look like they done nothing then 4 foreign men surrounded my wife and she felt so intimidated she just paid them and left

strongly advise NOT to use these rip off merchants. 25 quid to wash a standard sized car?? Come on get with the programme!! . Far too pushy bullish sales pitch.
