Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
A very warm welcome at Waves Car Wash at Mereway Tesco in Northampton. I went off to do my shopping, came back and I had a shiny clean car! I was very impressed.
I was recommended to go to them because…THEYUSE AUTOGLYM PRODUCTS AND RECOMMENDED BY THEIR REP.
I was recommended to go to them because of the quality Auto glym products they use and I was not disappointed.
The service was really good, very welcoming smile when arriving and explained all the ways they can valet your car. I just required a car wash and the car looked superb when they had finished. Tyres blacked too. Even a complimentary In car spray if needed
Won't be using them again,it all seems a bit to much effort for them. Its seems like its get the money and get em out,30 quid in and out, fair enough if they did a nice job but it wasn't.Wheels still had break dust on them,so I told him he flicked a rag over them again and kept saying is that OK now.It wasn't had to keep pointing it out to him, window screen covered in smears, then opened the boot which hadn't been touched I gave up in the end.Moral of the story is go 2 alma road save yourself 10 pounds and get a better job.......................
Really nice guys made a super job of our large citreon 7 seater. Cleaned inside and out immaculate cleaned the seats hoovered polished all over brilliant job lovely friendly staff good value as well and a free air freshener
Rubbish.
Always used them before and the result was always excellent. Now with the new people it’s far from it. Took the car in the first time a few weeks ago and it was very poor. Wheels not done, door trims not done, windows all smeared, dash not done well. Thought I’d give them a second chance (we all have off days after all) but just as bad - in fact worse! Going to have to clean the windows myself, inside and out) when I’m home again. All smeared like they’ve used dirty cloths. I won’t be going back again
The car smelt terrible after having it cleaned at Waves Brent Cross. I think they must have been smoking while cleaning the inside. Dreadful and upsetting. I would never go here again.
Took our VERY DIRTY BMW to Didcot Wave today and they did an amazing job! We have a whippet and he sheds a lot in the car due to stress and when I say it was covered I mean covered! The car came back GLEAMING!! Didn’t even want to get in and make her dirty. Thank you so much to Waves didcot team. We will 100% re book!
Took my car for valeting on Sunday at Wave car wash at Tesco superstore in Allerton, Liverpool. Cost me £65. Absolutely awful service. Wheels were so dirty like it was not washed at all. I showed it to the manager and he said it cannot be done better than that. But they had a go at it and cleaned it somewhat. Obviously they didn't do it in the first place. Inside the car was half done too. Several compartments were not even looked at it, not vacuumed. Stains from coffee around gear stick were clearly visible indicating not being cleaned. Talked to my son about it and he had similar experience and said that he does not go there anymore. And I will certainly not be going there again.
