Aylesbury Broadfields. Asked for a quick wash, said I didn’t want it polished and definitely didn’t want wax on the windscreen as when it rains the screen is very smeary. When I returned he had waxed the car and windscreen and charged £30!! He obviously couldn’t understand English and all he said was ‘shiny shiny’. I think they should at least have someone in charge that can understand the language. Won’t be using them again.
