Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Charged £30 for car wash while others do better car wash and service in £20.Staff was very rude,Job was not done properly when tried to explained it to the so called supervisor.I was told off by saying “my staff has done wonderful job”.
Just imagine that kind of attitude.
I live locally and this was the 3rd time
I believe it’s enough.Though we come to do shopping at Tesco every week.Rather than getting our car washed same time while shopping.We prefer to go 2 miles away to get it done .

Went to Tesco Allerton car wash yesterday and the wash was a disgrace, my alloys are still filthy. I think it's recently changed hands. Won't be going back there £30, very dissappointed.
An excellent car cleaning business at Tesco, Blandford Forum.
I am a disabled and we have been visiting this car cleaning service since it first started, with my VW Caddy wheel chair carrier. The buiness has been run by a French family and they could not be more caring or attentive. They take between 20 minutes and half an hour to clean and polish every inch of my car to a high standard, inside and out, and this is only for the minimum clean menu. They even cleaned my electric wheelchair this week, and didn't want to charge me for it! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you.
Waves allerton car wash is shocking do
Not go here! They gave me the car back in a totally dirty and disgraceful state! Literally like it hadn’t been touched!!!
Staff are friendly unfortunately that’s the only positive,
Weather was bad so I didn’t check the car properly when I collected,
Looked at the car the next morning and it honest looks like they have give it a quick wipe with a dirty rag,

Disappointed tesco prestwich waves
Was charged £35 for service that normally costs £30 - exterior had been washed to an ok standard, interior - mats had been hoovered but cup holder / dash etc looked as if not been touched.
On getting into my car turned engine on and car jolted forwards narrowly missing car infront. The car had been left in gear and handbrake down. When I Informed who o thought was manager he told me I should have checked (maybe I should)I said to him so it’s my fault ? and when you park cars you leave them in gear and hand break off - you don’t engage handbrake? - he said no we don’t - you need to check and walked off!! So not only has price gone up, quality of wash gone down, according to the rude man I spoke to they also don’t put safely first and engage hand break or put car in neutral when parking !!
Have used these for 2 years and it has gotten more expensive with less attention to any detail whatsoever.
This time was the last when it was pretty bad inside and then found my sunglasses to be missing a day later when I went to grab them…
Don’t waste your money or time (1.25hrs) and if you do take out all valuable items…
Great Service from “Waves” car wash at Tesco Huddersfield Rd Oldham yesterday.
Muhammed Murad Khan was very polite, attentive and made sure my car was like new. As a new customer with a car that hadn’t been cleaned inside for sometime, I was very impressed with its clean appearance both inside and outside. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thankyou and highly recommend.
