Was charged £35 for service that normally costs £30 - exterior had been washed to an ok standard, interior - mats had been hoovered but cup holder / dash etc looked as if not been touched. On getting into my car turned engine on and car jolted forwards narrowly missing car infront. The car had been left in gear and handbrake down. When I Informed who o thought was manager he told me I should have checked (maybe I should)I said to him so it’s my fault ? and when you park cars you leave them in gear and hand break off - you don’t engage handbrake? - he said no we don’t - you need to check and walked off!! So not only has price gone up, quality of wash gone down, according to the rude man I spoke to they also don’t put safely first and engage hand break or put car in neutral when parking !!
