I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

Inefficient, untrustworthy: AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility. Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS! I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated. Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted. NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues: - one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me - one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item. Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services

Be very wary of this company

This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days! I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person. 5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out. I've had to buy from another supplier and hope I eventually get a refund.

Rubbish customer service. Return made impossible

I have had a terrible experience and want to make it clear for new customers to avoid this company. Customers services is awful as they have no authority to resolve problems. All they do is give links which you can find yourself on there website. I had ordered driveway grating which did not fit. I spent £60 plus delivery. When I attempted to make a return I used the weight on the boxes and the height but none of the delivery companies would do the return for under £60. I contacted via the chat but was told they could not help. Now if the company had any real customer services then they would advise as they never spent £60 or over delivering to me but they did not want to help. Please steer away from this company at all costs.

Avoid

Avoid. Terrible customer service. Spent £00s on a so called “heavy duty” hose cart with hose and various accessories, in June 2023. Over the last few weeks water started leaking from where the hose attaches. Tried to remedy by gently tightening and cleaning but no good. Reported this last week. Got the standard response “please provide photos”. Submitted these only to get the response that the item is now out of warranty and that no spares are available. Instead I was offered a 10% voucher against a replacement item. Unbelievable. Incredibly poor customer service. Surely any reputable dealer would at the very least provide replacement spare parts, especially for an item that is barely 12-months old. Avoid. Update 8/8. So, Water Irrigation have replied stating they had been in contact with me previously. They had and that was to say there was nothing they could do because there are no spares available for the water cart and that it was over 12 months old. All they could offer me was a voucher against a new product. So I am left with a barely 12 month old product that has been subjected to normal use ( and garaged over the winter) that is now useless. These are expensive products and it is very reasonable to expect them to last longer than 12 months and for spares to be available. Unacceptable standards of customer service. Avoid.

They have lost a business customer…

They have lost a business customer because of their poor customer service. Could not amend basket, customer service slow and poor to respond. They offered an invoice to pay for the order (which wasn’t completed and had things not needed). Terrible customer service. Avoid. EDIT: the issue is a limit to the basket size. A temporary work around has been given (make several purchases circa 50 items) and the postage bar the first basket will be refunded until the issue resolved. I have updated this to 3 stars for now.

Helpful customer service.

Helpful chat function on their website, when I had problems with making my payment on line. The products I bought did the job perfectly, despite a little apprehension I had that I may have ordered the wrong type of pipe fittings. If I could make one suggestion, the descriptions of products on your web pages could perhaps be more technically orientated, rather than written in what I call "salesperson speak". For instance I want to know things like pipe thread sizes, hosepipe materials, component specifications, etc.

I cannot fault them! I ordered twice and service was excellent!

I do not understand the bad reviews… The items arrived well packaged and promptly. The website carries all one needs to install drip irrigation systems for different applications. I love the fact that - as a novice drip irrigator - I could find all the information I needed to correctly order and install my system on the website. I have now order from them twice and will buy from them again next year, when I expand the system. The equipment is good quality and the service excellent, I highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY WALL MOUNTED HOSE REEL

I bought a wall mounted hose reel described as taking 50m of hose. I checked with Water Irrigation and sadly it is made in Italy. The design and strength is appalling. When the 50m is wound on plus the water held in the hose it detached itself from the wall. As the "returns policy" states that returns will only be accepted for unopened/unused items, I made a thicker steel bracket which I have rawl bolted it to the wall, and removed about 12m of hose. Not sure which part is going to fail now.

I have used this company on many…

I have used this company on many occasions. But now I see why the reviews are so bad because if you have an issue. they just do not respond. I appear to have received an incorrect product. as its not as described on the website. As they will not respond, I am about to ask my credit card company to refund my money perhaps that will get their attention
