I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility.
Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS!
I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated.
Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted.

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock
Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues:
- one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me
- one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item.
Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services
This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days!
I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person.
5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out.
I've had to buy from another supplier and hope
I eventually get a refund.
I echo the bad comments submitted on this company, Despite numerous emails they have not returned the full amount for the items I returned to them. I am also placing a comment on their Facebook page daily until my dispute is resolved. However, I do not think that it will make much difference to this company. I should have realised it was a 'DUFF' outfit as they display no telephone contact - speaks volumes!!
I paid for next day delivery but there is no sign of the goods appearing two days later. It is impossible to contact them: the email based "Contact Us" system does not work at all and the (unpublished) phone number says the office is closed.
Zero customer service! Using this company is taking a massive risk.
I received my order of multiple items - missing part
I received my order of multiple items, including a hose cart. It was missing one of the washers. Appreciate this can happen, but in this day and age where many items are on backorder and delivery times are severely impacted, it would be a nice level of customer service for the order to come with all the required parts.
I requested another one via the online contact form - several days later, I am still awaiting a response. Many online contact forms also send a copy or acknowledgement of the submission email to your own email. Sadly not this one. So, I've no other way to contact Water Irrigation apart from this online form - no SLAs stated, so I have no idea how long I can expect to wait.
I have a number of other items to order for my garden, but if I cannot even get a washer, I'm thinking twice about going elsewhere...
I bought a hozelock 25 pot irrigation kit and needed to know why the timer in the box was not the correct one. Their email facility kept crashing and then after EXTENSIVE searching, Ifound a phone number. ‘The office is closed due to unforeseen circumstances’
DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Further to my previous review. This company refuses to acknowledge substituting the product but states that hose clips should be used on connectors. This is not true in any part of the description. A thoroughly unacceptable standard of arms length selling. You have been warned.
I spent well over £150 on an order to be sent to Glasgow which I am travelling to to collect. I received the order confirmation but no courier info. I honestly didn't really think about it, expecting it to have arrived, when 9 days later the money appears back in my bank account.
No email, no correspondence, no nothing to say what on earth was going on.
Finding NO PHONE NUMBER, I sent an email through, stating that I was supposed to be collecting the order that weekend and the date could not be changed as I have paid for a ferry!
The next day, I decided to re-order the items, paying for next day delivery which as stated on the website is possible for all UK mainland except highlands and islands!
I then receive an email saying that the original order had been returned by the courier and it would take 3 days to get the order to Glasgow anyway!
I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service and the LIES on their website as to the delivery they offer!
If they can't do next day to Glasgow, thats fine, but don't pretend you can and have folk waste their money!! Now I'm going to miss the order and will need to pay to have it posted to Belfast! FURIOUS
I bought a HydroSure Dual Outlet Water Timer with Digital Display which did not work despite repeatedly following the set up instructions supplied.
The company states “ We can only refund items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging” !!
So if you buy it set it up and it doesn’t work they dont want to know. I doubt that this is legal and will pursue this with the authorities.
My advice is find another supplier with reasonable and proper terms and conditions.
Bought numerous products from this company & always found them superb.
Just had a problem with a Hozelock Expandable Hose & they replaced it FOC within three days - No questions.
Could not recommend them highly enough.
