I received my order of multiple items - missing part
I received my order of multiple items, including a hose cart. It was missing one of the washers. Appreciate this can happen, but in this day and age where many items are on backorder and delivery times are severely impacted, it would be a nice level of customer service for the order to come with all the required parts. I requested another one via the online contact form - several days later, I am still awaiting a response. Many online contact forms also send a copy or acknowledgement of the submission email to your own email. Sadly not this one. So, I've no other way to contact Water Irrigation apart from this online form - no SLAs stated, so I have no idea how long I can expect to wait. I have a number of other items to order for my garden, but if I cannot even get a washer, I'm thinking twice about going elsewhere...
