WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I spent well over £150 on an order to be sent to Glasgow which I am travelling to to collect. I received the order confirmation but no courier info. I honestly didn't really think about it, expecting it to have arrived, when 9 days later the money appears back in my bank account. No email, no correspondence, no nothing to say what on earth was going on. Finding NO PHONE NUMBER, I sent an email through, stating that I was supposed to be collecting the order that weekend and the date could not be changed as I have paid for a ferry! The next day, I decided to re-order the items, paying for next day delivery which as stated on the website is possible for all UK mainland except highlands and islands! I then receive an email saying that the original order had been returned by the courier and it would take 3 days to get the order to Glasgow anyway! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service and the LIES on their website as to the delivery they offer! If they can't do next day to Glasgow, thats fine, but don't pretend you can and have folk waste their money!! Now I'm going to miss the order and will need to pay to have it posted to Belfast! FURIOUS
