From the relaxed and unrushed viewing held by Alex to the efficient service and amazing communication from Helen in the contracts team I can’t fault the Waterfords Fleet branch. Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

I don't usually write reviews...but feel I need to make an exception

The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents. Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go - I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.

Poor Communication

I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch. Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days. We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication. How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on. We will be staying away from this company moving forward.

Waterford's Property Management - Jack S

I am a private tenant of which Jack Sharples (Fleet office) is my [new] property manager. He has worked tirelessly over recent weeks following a serious plumbing issue in my bathroom. He has emotionally supported me, been kind, supportive, empathic & continually tried to get the issue rectified in a timely manner even when we were dealing with weekends & bank holidays. He's always returned my calls & indeed has always called when he stated he would. I was confident he would do what he said he would, even when he couldn't immediately resolve the issues. He's managed to use appropriate humour to lift my spirits & indeed has without question accepted my frustration, tears, upset & anything else I threw at him. As a property manager he has certainly gone above & beyond for myself to sort this out. Jack, I hope your line manager advises you of my compliment if your work & support

Wonder-fords

As first time buyers I had no idea what the process of buying a home would be like. Waterfords have made this whole experience amazing! All Estate agents are friendly and up for a bit of banter which for me is an instant plus. We did our first viewing with Abby who was very warm and welcoming and explain things to us perfectly. Our second viewing was with Sandra who was brilliant. Sandra gave us the space to look around freely whilst being straight on it with any questions we had. She was kind, friendly and humorous and made the whole experience one to remember. Whenever i have left a message for Sandra she has called back very quickly and her email response time is spot on. Thank you all at waterfords that have made this whole journey and pleasant and memorable one!

Waterfords - Super Efficient!

Waterfords have been a very friendly and efficient Lettings Agent over the past year and a half. Recently, I came home to find that front door lock would no longer open. I was locked out, with no way of getting back in, with some shopping and my son due back from school within a couple of hours. I phoned Fiona at Waterfords in their Fleet Office. She said she would contact their locksmith and get back to me. Barely a couple of minutes later she did phone back to say a locksmith was his way and would be there in 10 minutes or so. Stuart was with me within 5 minutes! Had me back in the property a few short minutes later and had replaced the lock and left all within 15 minutes of my initial call. I would like to express my appreciation to the Waterfords personnel for their professionalism, excellent level and culture of service! I'd want to, especially note Rob Hawkins, Senior Lettings Consultant of Waterfords Fleet (Hampshire). Customer focus, professional and personal approach to each specific case and the wishes of customers, as well as responsiveness in solving the tasks set, cause sincere admiration and gratitude! We viewed two properties through…

We viewed two properties through Waterfords and although ultimately, we found a house on the market with another agent, we were really impressed with the level of service and professionalism we experienced. In particular Harry was really knowledgeable and made the viewings worthwhile and fun.

Purchasing a Property with Waterfords in Fleet

The incompetence I recently encountered during my attempt to buy a house through Waterfords Estate Agents in Fleet turned into a total sham from start to finish. Ben's lack of managerial expertise along with James and Henry's limited business skills are immediate calls for concern. I spent a great deal of time and money pursuing the purchase of my chosen property and with the very best intentions, proceeded to have an offer accepted over the asking price. However several days later, I learnt that I had been gazumped without a satisfactory explanation as to why. I fully understand that we are currently in a seller's market, but underhanded tactics as I have experienced fuels existing negativity towards the industry.
