Waterfords - Super Efficient!
Waterfords have been a very friendly and efficient Lettings Agent over the past year and a half. Recently, I came home to find that front door lock would no longer open. I was locked out, with no way of getting back in, with some shopping and my son due back from school within a couple of hours. I phoned Fiona at Waterfords in their Fleet Office. She said she would contact their locksmith and get back to me. Barely a couple of minutes later she did phone back to say a locksmith was his way and would be there in 10 minutes or so. Stuart was with me within 5 minutes! Had me back in the property a few short minutes later and had replaced the lock and left all within 15 minutes of my initial call.
