Incompetent Billing

This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.

The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.

poor customer service

Trying to bill me over Β£3000 for premises I don't and have never occupied, I have spoken to them and e-mailed them explaining that the bill isn't mine and they promise to sort it out, I am still receiving demands for payment and threats to cut the water off (not that it would affect me it isn't and never has been my building). received several promises that a senior manager would contact me as soon as possible but i am still waiting Update 10/06/25 Water plus have requested contact details so lets see if they contact me (they have said this many times already and no one has if you have a choice avoid them

Water plus from HELL!

My years of nightmares with water plus ends today! Changing my supplier is the best gift ever!! Water plus sends threats and add charges to bills they failed to send to you or sometimes before the bill arrives, they have no respect even for their own policies so complaints are a waste of time and before you blink, their debt collectors are at your door for bills that don't belong to you. These, coupled with their ineptitude in customer relations qualities them to be the business water supplier from HELL! I'm adding this after reading the message from water plus. My response: My account with water plus is already closed. I paid your post closure bill and wrote that review in celebration. Thanks for offering to look into it but it is too late for that. Moreover, I had several complaints lodged with water plus, the last one went on for months and was escalated to CCW. I have seen the end of my nightmare and have no wish to re-engage in further communication with you guys. Bye!

Excellent service from Paula

Having spoken to a Water Plus advisor a few days ago, about a billing and meter issue and received a totally disinterested and most unhelpful attitude, I thought I would try again yesterday. This time I was dealt with by Paula. What an absolute contrast between them. Paula was immediately prepared to help. She listened patiently whilst I explained the situation and the probable reasons why the company wanted to charge me Β£1800 for a bill which should be about Β£20. She immediately started checking meter databases to find the meter did not exist, explained everything she was doing and the action plan she was putting in place to try and resolve this. She even phoned me back shortly afterwards confirming what she had actioned. I could not have asked for a more helpful person, the exact opposite to the previous one who would not even look into it. Customer services everywhere need more people like Paula who are prepared to take responsibility for a problem and deal with it.

The assistant Paula was very helpful and friendly. I rang up to give a monthly meter reading, after failing to submit it on the Waterplus My account App. Thank you, Paula you were very helpful and I felt at ease with the telephone call, you submitted my meter read, and answered all my questions.

Thought the bill was undercharged

Thought the bill was undercharged. The lady I spoke to took me through the bill and I best understand now how to read and understand our bill thanks to the lady I spoke to, thanks for the time she gave me and the instruction she gave me.
