Excellent service from Paula
Having spoken to a Water Plus advisor a few days ago, about a billing and meter issue and received a totally disinterested and most unhelpful attitude, I thought I would try again yesterday. This time I was dealt with by Paula. What an absolute contrast between them. Paula was immediately prepared to help. She listened patiently whilst I explained the situation and the probable reasons why the company wanted to charge me £1800 for a bill which should be about £20. She immediately started checking meter databases to find the meter did not exist, explained everything she was doing and the action plan she was putting in place to try and resolve this. She even phoned me back shortly afterwards confirming what she had actioned. I could not have asked for a more helpful person, the exact opposite to the previous one who would not even look into it. Customer services everywhere need more people like Paula who are prepared to take responsibility for a problem and deal with it.
