poor customer service
Trying to bill me over £3000 for premises I don't and have never occupied, I have spoken to them and e-mailed them explaining that the bill isn't mine and they promise to sort it out, I am still receiving demands for payment and threats to cut the water off (not that it would affect me it isn't and never has been my building). received several promises that a senior manager would contact me as soon as possible but i am still waiting Update 10/06/25 Water plus have requested contact details so lets see if they contact me (they have said this many times already and no one has if you have a choice avoid them
