This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.
The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.
I called in to provide meter reads for my company and Paula was really amiable; helping to resolve any queries and concerns I had.

Michelle at Water Plus was a dream, she handled and sorted out the information that I had been trying to find from Severn Trent after hours on the phone of being passed from dept to dept in a matter of minutes , if only all call centres had an employee that had a genuine interest of trying to help resolve the problem - Well Done Michelle at Water Plus your an asset to your company.

I have spoken to the Customer Service Advisors on several occasions and have been very impressed with their level of customer service. They are always very polite and go out of their way to assist. I never feel that they want to rush onto the next call, giving me plenty of time to resolve my query. They also deliver on their promises.

This review is not about waterplus as they are awful but 110% about Paula!!! She is a superstar and helped me so much. She is about ensuring she helps not just to phob you off, because she can’t be bothered like the others. I’ve spent over 12 months trying to explain to others what she found in 30s
