Incompetent Billing

This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.

The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.

Listening, understanding and problem solving

This lady listened carefully to me and understood what my problems were then methodically worked on sorting them out. She stopped the direct debit for an unreasonably extortionate amount and closed my account to avoid me being inappropriately billed further.
