Incompetent Billing

This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.

The worst company that I have dealt…

The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.

Great communication

Great communication. Called back when she said she would and a fantastic phone manor. Remaz is one in a million. Customer service is never an easy roll. Definitely a credit to the company.

Impossible to deal with

We run a business and own a small property that is let as serviced offices and virtual offices. We pay water rates to United Utilities and Everflow. Water Plus randomly started opening numerous accounts for both ourselves and our tenants, even those who do not actually occupy the property. We now have 20 to 30 separate Water Plus accounts for our one small property. It’s a joke. After endless phone calls we got nowhere just the usual “are you able to make a payment today”. We have since complained to the Ombudsman and intend to take Legal Action against Water Plus for harassment.

I had a phone call with remaz today to querie an extremely large estimated bill and I cannot thank her enough for the efficiency she gave me and her time. She went through absolutely everything and there was nothing that was too much for her with what she could help me with. Thank you remaz for your kindness patience and your professionalism, such wonderful customer service and water plus are very lucky to have such a great employee Regards Kelly Hilton

A Sick company that can't cope with…

A Sick company that can't cope with straightforward everyday management of the charges they demand.Absolutley useless . Unfortunately I've been stuck with these for over 10 years and they are USELESS.I notice they reply with please send a email to their complaint department which I have done today . Obviously if they resolve/even answer I will update.
