This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.
The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.
I called in to provide meter reads for my company and Paula was really amiable; helping to resolve any queries and concerns I had.

Took longer than expected to switch over to these guys and then they started taking monthly direct debits at twice the agreed contract rate. They got the company name and company address wrong too. The first time I emailed them I was informed that they could not find our contract! Have had no response to subsequent emails sent to them with copy of the contract. Looks like I am left with no alternative but to cancel the direct debit to see if that initiates a response.

We had a water burst in December and after a lot of toing and froing with WaterPlus they came up trumps!

Dear water plus. Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent customer service experience. I had an interaction with one of your representatives named Vishala, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. During our 45-minute call, Vishala was rude, unhelpful, and made the conversation unnecessarily stressful. Instead of providing solutions, her responses added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the call was abruptly disconnected without any resolution. I later spoke with another representative who was able to resolve my issue in just five minutes—this highlights the fact that the problem was not complex, but rather mishandled. I kindly urge you to provide further training to Vishala on effective communication and customer service etiquette.
