This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.
The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just donβt listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.
I called in to provide meter reads for my company and Paula was really amiable; helping to resolve any queries and concerns I had.

Absolutely disgusting company and service . As has been said many times by people , customers are harassed by letters , staff either ignore requests or tell lies and never call back when saying they will, they seem to have a policy to wear you down ! I can honestly say in forty five years of business I have NEVER met such an incompetent bunch of people and company in my life. Heed my warning DO NOT USE WATER PLUS you will regret it .

Had a very complex issue regarding a change of tenancy. Ikenna was brilliant, patient and stayed on past opening hours to ensure the issue was fully resolved! WaterPlus website is very easy to navigate, prices are competitive. Overall a very good utilities supplier compared to the others.

We recently experienced a challenging situation when the management of our apartment block was transferred from the previous company to a new one.
