This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.
The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just don’t listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.
I called in to provide meter reads for my company and Paula was really amiable; helping to resolve any queries and concerns I had.

Really great experience with Paula today, she helped us get up and running with our new business after we had been given the wrong advise from a previous tenant. She was professional, helpful and very kind during the call. I would say she is a credit to water plus. Thanks again Paula

I have never dealt with a company as disgraceful as Water Plus. Here are the facts of my ongoing complaint: 🔴 Account Number: 6002915088 🔴 Complaint Reference: WP-0015897925 ✅ Background: This issue has been ongoing for months. I originally called about a high bill after having a meter replaced and a leak fixed. On 25 February 2025, I spoke to Aadam Ahmed who clearly told me: “Customer called about a high bill. He had the meter replaced and a leak fixed. Outcome: I informed him that he will have to email xxx or use MyAccount to upload a meter reading every week for the next 4 weeks. We can then use that data to tell the wholesaler to adjust the end read for the previous meter.” This was recorded in their own internal notes under Activity Number: WP-0013786165. Here is a copy of the note released to me under my Subject Access Request: Account Number: 6002915088 Customer name: James Worrall Telephone: 07729661222 Email: xxx Query: Customer called about a high bill. He had the meter replaced and a leak fixed. Outcome: I informed him that he will have to email xxx or use MyAccount to upload a meter reading every week for the next 4 weeks. We can then use that data to tell the wholesaler to adjust the end read for the previous meter. Agent: Aadam Ahmed Date: 25/02/2025 They never once mentioned this call again. Instead, they forced me to fill out a form for United Utilities, despite me telling Faisal that I couldn’t provide accurate answers because it had been so long and I wasn’t originally told to fill in any form. He told me to “just fill it out anyway”, effectively instructing me to lie or guess information to progress my complaint. 🔴 They have repeatedly denied this phone call even existed, despite it being in their own system notes, which I obtained only via a Subject Access Request. ✅ I am absolutely outraged at how I have been treated. Water Plus have: • Ignored their own agent’s instructions • Forced me to guess and lie on forms • Withheld acknowledgment of the original phone call to avoid dealing with the issue properly • Caused me months of stress and wasted time I have now escalated this to Stage 3 and will be submitting a formal complaint to CCW and Ofwat for breach of contract and consumer rights. If you are a business considering using Water Plus, avoid them at all costs. Their customer service is incompetent, their processes are broken, and their treatment of customers is appalling.

The advisor I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and super friendly. The advisor stayed on the phone until everything had been sorted and was really thorough. Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Very happy.

Just wanted to give you an update. I said in my review yesterday that Paula said she was going to call me today with an update... and she did! Again, she was incredibly helpful, really friendly and more importantly, she sorted my issue! Thanks again Paula, it's nice to know excellent customer service still exists! I contacted Water Plus as I was unsure which SIC code to enter for our new account. I spoke to Rachel, who immediately understood the issue and, through a series of thoughtful questions, was able to identify a suitable code for our company. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and incredibly helpful, resolving not only my initial query but also a few minor issues along the way. She explained everything clearly as she went, which was much appreciated. She is a real credit to the company. I must say, I’ve had several interactions with Water Plus recently and their Customer Service team has consistently been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Terrible, not surprised its capita running it the staff said, guy didnt know what he was on about at all. They've gotten rid of loads of their staff anyway, disgusting outsourcers.
