Ordered an extremely expensive bottle of champagne for my wife's retirement. Expected a slower than normal delivery rate and Vinatis did update me regarding this. Arrived on time but the presentation box was slightly damaged in one corner. There wasn't any bubble wrap where the damage occurred but I didn't contact Vinatis. Just think that they should pack it better when there's a posh box involved. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the service and price.
Ordered 17 bottles of wine on the 5th May and heard nothing else until the 14th when 6 bottles turned up out of the blue. Upon opening the case one of the bottles had leaked. I took photos and sent it to Vinatis, who eventually got back and said they would refund me for the damaged bottle and look into what had happened to the other two cases. It's now the 28th May and I still haven't received my other wines or my refund and with all the terrible reviews they've had between my ordering and now, I'm beginning to suspect there's something seriously amiss. Emails take days to answer and when they do, it's just lip service and nothing gets done. You can't contact them on the phone as nobody answers and they're not even making any sort of attempt to engage with people leaving bad reviews. Also, the website says Vinatis.co.uk leading you to think you're dealing with a UK company, but the wine ships from Europe and the emails are answered in broken English.
Delivery a little slower than ideal but this was flagged on the website. Otherwise no complaints and would happily use again.
My partner ordered bottle of champagne to be delivered for very special occasion for his daughter - three weeks ago! About a dozen messages from DPD claiming delivery will be next day. Nothing. Emailed Vinatis several times, no response. Called - no response. Tweeted no response. Appalling service. Believe it’s a total scam. Have now advised credit card company. Do not use this company.
Ordered 24 bottles but received only 23. One of the boxes was not a normal wine transport box, and the box containing the five ( not six) bottles had clearly been a replacement with the bottles separated only by bubble wrap. Have emailed the company but have yet to receive a reply.
Ordered 11 bottles of wine on 5th May 2020 it was sent by Vinatis in 3 separate, boxes one of which was damaged and was not delivered to us by UPS. I have the paperwork from the UPS tracking information clearly stating UPS had a problem with the box and it was damaged and not delivered to us. I have sent emails to this company 3 times and received nothing in reply. We will be contacting our credit card company and get them to open a case for a refund.
I ordered and was billed for 18 bottles, have been delivered 12. Have emailed and phoned a few times and no one has got back to me!!!

Wines received were as ordered. We're looking forward to trying them and leaving a review. But....we were disappointed at the delivery time which was a lot longer then the website had led us to believe even in these 'unpredictable' times. However, we'll be ordering again in a week or so.

Great choice. "Reasonable" pricing. Not the cheapest but good quality. Kept in touch with delivery schedule start to finish. Arrived bang on time with only a few days wait. Impressed!!
Expect deliveries to take a while right now, so didn't mind the week lead time, however DPD recorded it as "disposed off" at their depot, no contact from Vinatis customer services and no reply to my email. Had to lodge via PayPal so will wait a while for a refund. Compared to Majestic when a bottle was stolen from a package, quick response, extra bottle sent in goodwill too. Both in covid lockdown, very different experiences.
Good website for a great selection of well curated and high quality French wines and a few other “worldies”. Very quick turn around of orders given the circumstances, and only thing lacking was the clarity of why orders where split into 2 in the auto emails which caused a little concern given the gap. Small detail. Nonetheless very recommended given other premium wine retailers with poorer selection and service.
Absolutely useless customer service. They posted my surprise gift bottle of wine to the recipient using MY name as the addressee, and didn't even include the gift message I recorded and I'm STILL waiting for a response to my concern. Then people wonder why so many jobs are being taken over by AI robots and automated machines. Maybe now I post a review someone will finally get back to me. ------------------------------- Update 3 weeks later...... STILL waiting for a response.... Just saying.
All of the wines are excellent, have not found one I haven’t liked.
I have had 2 deliveries of Brouilly. I think it is a good all round, easy drinking wine. It can vary but this wine from Richard Rottiers via Vinatis very acceptable. Keep it up
